This article explains how to find out about any issues that might be affecting your hosting service with Donhost.
This article applies to Shared Hosting, Reseller accounts and Dedicated Servers.
The
System Status page displays the current status of the server(s) used by your account.
Usually this will merely report that the servers are fine, but should there be an issue affecting our service then it will be described here by our support team. For your information, any recent issues that have now been resolved are also displayed.
Please note: As soon as an issue arises our support team are made aware of it and start working to resolve it, so there is no need to contact us to report an issue that is listed on the System Status page. Any further information we have on an issue will be added to the page as it becomes available.
