This article will explain how you can mark an email message as unread.

Login to the Donhost Webmail.

Click on the Email icon in the main toolbar.

In the right pane, Click on the relevant email you would like to mark as unread.

Click on the Edit tab and click on the Mark as drop down and select Unread.
Your email message will now be set to unread
