This article explains how to update the security password associated with your SQL Server database through the hosting control panel.
This article applies to Windows Shared Hosting, Windows Reseller accounts and Windows Dedicated Servers.

Login to your Donhost control panel.

Browse to the SQL Server page for the desired account.
The current installed status for SQL Server is displayed on the resulting page.

Click Change Microsoft SQL Server Password.
You will be requested to enter a new database password, which is used to login to the database, on the resulting page. Enter the desired password and click Change Microsoft SQL Server Password.
Important:You must ensure when updating your Microsoft SQL Server password that any applications which access the database, such as a ASP script on your web site, have also been configured with the new password.
