This article explains the scope of responsibility that Donhost has towards a fully managed dedicated server.
This article applies to Dedicated Servers.
A fully managed dedicated server is defined as a server for which the account holder has not taken root or administrator level access.
For fully managed servers, as a standard part of our service we apply upgrades and security patches to the software running on your server. In the event of a serious security vulnerability, this may be done without prior warning in order to ensure the security of your server.
At all times we will also endeavour to ensure that the network to which your server is connected, and the hardware components that comprise your server are running at an optimum state.
