This article explains what the SPAM Bouncer application is and how to purchase it on a hosting account.
This article applies to Shared Hosting and Reseller accounts.
SPAM Bouncer is an email spam filtering service that employs a variety of advanced techniques to filter mail for our customers. The application can be fully configured to your own unique preferences, allowing full automation and real-time control over what you choose to allow into your mailbox, in turn increasing productivity and decreasing time wasted on filtering unwanted junk mail.
Please note: SPAM Bouncer is included as standard with all Shared Hosting accounts, and can be purchased as an optional extra on Reseller accounts and Dedicated Servers.
Enabling SPAM Bouncer on Shared Hosting Accounts

Login to your Donhost control panel.

Click the Email link on the navigation bar.

Click the SPAM Bouncer link.
The current SPAM Bouncer settings for your account are shown on the resulting page. Make any necessary adjustments in the relevant text fields.

If SPAM Bouncer is already enabled, you can click the Disable SPAM Bouncer link to disable the service. If SPAM Bouncer is already disabled, you can click Enable SPAM Bouncer to enable the service on your hosting account.
Enabling SPAM Bouncer on Reseller Accounts

Login to your Donhost control panel.

Click the Accounts link on the navigation bar.

Click the Edit link corresponding to the hosting account to which you wish to install SPAM Bouncer
The available options for the hosting account are shown on the resulting page.

Click the SPAM Bouncer link.

Click Enable SPAM Bouncer for this account.
Tip: SPAM Bouncer is free for a Reseller account for the first 14 days. Use this period to assess the suitability of the application for filtering email for your domain name

Enter your PIN Number and click Enable SPAM Bouncer to install the service.
