Where can I find help on configuring my CGI scripts to run on Windows?

This article provides the standard system parameters and software version information required to run most CGI scripts on our Windows servers.

This article applies to Windows Shared Hosting and Windows Reseller accounts.

Path To Perl: The server will recognise your Perl script by its file extension .pl, thus you need not set the path to Perl within your script.

Perl Version: ActivePerl 5.005_03

Path To Sendmail: Sendmail is not available on Windows servers, the alternative blat.exe may be referenced without any qualifying path.

Path To Your Webspace: The path to the web space for an account is dependant on the account username, for an account with the username joebloggs the path to its web space would be: \Home\j\o\joebloggs\www j and o being the first and second characters of the username joebloggs.

Please note:The path to your home directory is different when you call a CGI script from the SSL secure server
